I worked with a realtor named AbdelKader when purchasing an apartment, and my experience was extremely negative. AbdelKader made numerous promises but failed to deliver on almost all of them. First, the apartment was in poor condition, despite his assurances that the owner would repair and fix everything. In reality, nothing was done. Second, I was not even given the keys to the apartment after the deal. I had to contact the tenant and extract the apartment code from them just to gain access. Additionally, no handover document was prepared to officially transfer the apartment from the previous owner to me, which created further complications. In the end, I had to deal with the tenant and the previous owner on my own. Realtor AbdelKader turned out to be someone who makes promises but does not fulfill them. Once he received his commission, his interest in the matter vanished. I strongly advise against working with this realtor.
