Beware of This Counselling Service! This company prioritizes aesthetics over the quality of their therapy services. While their office space may look modern and appealing, the actual therapy you receive is lacking. The therapists here are paid on a commission basis, with a significant portion of their earnings (30-50%) going straight to the company owner. This means the therapists are grossly underpaid, and unfortunately, it shows in the quality of care they provide. I paid $250 for a 50-minute session, but I feel like I’m not getting my money’s worth. The therapist simply isn’t invested in the session the way they should be, and it’s clear that their performance is influenced by how little they are being compensated. When therapists are underpaid, they’re not going to put in 100% effort into your therapeutic journey, and that’s exactly what I experienced. This company seems to think that having a cool, attractive space is enough to attract clients, but it’s not. They should be more transparent with customers about their business model, including the commission structure, in the consent forms. As a paying customer, I expect real value for my money, and unfortunately, I did not get that here. Not recommended. Stay away.

Divethru has been a tremendous help in my mental health journey. I really appreciated their online quiz, which helped me figure out what would suit me best and explore my options. The studio itself is awesome—lots of free parking, plenty of snacks, comfy seating, and small touches like stickers that help normalize therapy and make the space feel welcoming. I truly enjoyed my sessions. My therapist understood me and my needs, and was able to pivot as life situations changed. One thing I especially appreciated was the owner’s openness and vulnerability in sharing her own mental health journey. Knowing that Divethru was founded by someone so genuine made me feel confident this business was created out of a true desire to help, not for profit. Does the clinic itself maybe look and feel different than traditional mental health clinics? Maybe. But its a much more modern approach to mental health and treatment.

First time using a therapist. Smooth and friendly staff. Snacks and drinks in the waiting area. Throughout the session therapist was poilite and understood my challenges. I will be going back.

220$ for 50 mins. Not even a full hour of talking to a therapist and they want almost a quarter of a thousand dollars?? Pathetic. Would rather spend that on some nice new clothes for myself. At least make it one hour. That is actually outrageous how much they charge. The only thing that’s nice is the aesthetics. Don’t waste your money here where you can pay that kind of money for multiple sessions somewhere else.
