I am a77 year old man with two shoulder replacements and one knee replacement as well as having spondylosis in my LS-S1 space. Kellie has helped my posture restoring my lumbar curve. I also am aware of the importance of having my feet rooted to the ground by spreading my toes. This is helpful when I do step- ups at the gym on a 15 inch box!

This studio is truly amazing! Kellie and all the staff is extremely welcoming and kind. Every time I come into the studio it feels like walking into a loving community.
