Return and exchange policies inflexible. The policy is not well communicated at time of check out hence leading to frustrating conversation with staff in store. Staff is cold and not willing to help. Very unfortunate considering the quality of the clothes they sell is good. I recommend fully reading their exchange and return policy as the « final sale » tag at time of check out will not be modified for « credit note only » hence misleading the customer into thinking that a regular return/exchange policy applies. In addition experience in store is not a nice one (every time) due to staff that have their ego blown out of proportion for working as salesperson at Aritzia. At this time, with the many repeated unpleasant customer service experience, I will bring my money elsewhere.

Started off well, had a giant line to the changing room so I got in it while my partner scours the shop. It gets to our turn. It goes well, she changes three times. I take pictures then on the fourth time a lady barges at me, tells me to leave the common area, I could make people uncomfortable, ok I get it, I move. The problem now is that it makes my partner uncomfortable to go out in front of everyone to show off what she’s trying. Anyways, another employer had amazing idea, let me in the cabin. This was close to a bad review but overall, I’m satisfied, my partner is satisfied.

Great quality of clothes but recently they have less of the chic and pretty outfits more the sporty and lounge wear that's almost everywhere. Also no mirrors in the changing rooms so you need to go out but it's usually full of others looking at themselves in the mirror. Besides that, service is nice 👌🏻
