Always a solid experience at Kelseys on Thursdays! Been here a few times during happy hour and Thursdays for half off wings, so I'd like to share a review. Always get the wings on Thursdays! 15 wings of your choice for ~$13 is a phenomenal deal (you must purchase any drink, however). We also love the $10 appetizers and cheap beers during happy hour (8 until closing) as well. I will say that the wings and service are hit or miss. From other reviewers and my personal experiences, the wings can either be super salty, bland, or just right. A few flavors I've seen the most success with are the cajun spice blend and the honey garlic! The service can either be splendid with super caring/attentive staff, or pretty average and them forgetting you were even seated. All in all, I highly recommend visiting when there are good deals going on, but be advised that the service can fluctuate, especially during peak times.

A month ago we gave this same location 5 stars but our latest visit was nothing like that. First, it wasn't busy when we arrived. We were seated promptly at a lovely booth but there were food bits on it. We found someone to clean it. there servers were lovely when they served us and were helpful with food issues. The food we ordered was terribly overcooked. How do you have a chef working on wing night who overcooks wings? The chicken in the chicken parmesan was also overcooked. It was very very dark and hard. Even when we sent it back it was mediocre at best. The salad had the bottom of the lettuce head in it. Then the crowds for holiday parties started to come in and the servers disappeared. We had to go find someone for a pop refill and it all took so long that we didn't bother with dessert. It's a shame because we drove to this location based on a previous positive experience.

Levana was an incredible server and her service was very attentive. She was running back and forth for us and checking on us just when we needed her. Very sweet! The food and desserts were decent. I'd say the spinach dip was delicious and go for the fried bread and not the baked one! Some vegetarian options are available as well. A good variety of food with lots of swap outs possible. Like if your side is veggies and mash potatoes, swap that for fries or rice ect.

Update: we were back again and the wings this time came out great. Well seasoned and hot. Our server wasn’t the brightest and spontaneous one but that’s fine. We didn’t expect much from their service lol but the food was good! Fries were hot and crispy, fajita was delicious! — old review — I love that they have different promotions for menu items each day. However the chicken wings were so random. Sometimes saltiness is right sometimes there’s no salt even on the salt and pepper one. Now we have tried all the flavours they offer we like the sriracha lime seasoning and medium. Lemon pepper was great too but sometimes theres not enough seasoning it tasted blend. Sometimes the wings were served cold, too saucy, not much seasoning etc. But for the half price deal, we all very well enjoyed.
