They do not believe in respect for customers. Rude and arrogant Chinese owners. The foreign workers are no better. The shop is also dirty and chaotic. They think they are doing the customers a favour by selling them stuff. What a disgrace. I am sure there are other better hardware shops around.

This place has almost everything "loose" that you need. For example, good range of nails and screws, pipes, wood pieces, etc. Contractors love coming here. This is also a place to experience poor customer service where even the foreign worker dishes out their attitude to you, depending on his mood lol.
