We needed someone to demolish and remove the contents of an old detached garage. This was complicated by the fact that the property is designated as being in a heritage community. I found DJK Construction to do the job and Darren was professional and personable. He didn't ask for payment until after the job was done, and due to the heritage designation, it took 4 months to get a permit from the city of Mississauga. Fortunately, Darren was able to work with the city in a professional manner and pass on all of the information they required. With permit in hand, it was then a quick single-day job to remove the contents and the structure. Overall, getting the demolition job done by DJK Construction was a great experience.

We were looking to install posts and railings for our front porch and contacted several contractors. Unfortunately, most of them didn’t seem interested, possibly because it was a small project. However, when we reached out to DJK Construction, they responded promptly and with enthusiasm. Darren was extremely professional, taking the time to understand our requirements.
