DKMB & Associates

We (my husband and I) hired David Bowles and DKMB & Associates to design our shed dormer, which expanded our tiny gable dormer into a new room. David and Bruce were a pleasure to work with, and completely professional. They put many hours of labor into making precise measurements and detailed architectural drawings. David also shepherded the permit approval process for us with Baltimore City, which was a great blessing. His designs were used by Charm City Roofing to build a lovely shed dormer, of which we finished the interior ourselves. We use the resulting dormer room twice each day, and love the room, the shed dormer, and the work that David and Bruce did. They gave far more time and effort to the project than the fee justified. In other words, they were extremely generous, in addition to doing top-drawer work.

Working with David was a pleasure. David got our project straightened out with the county and approved quickly. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything to me when I had questions. I would definitely recommend David and his company.
