Every time I visit the shop I have a great experience. They educate without pushing a sale. I came back several times, with questions after online research and they helped me figure out what worked best for me. I received my order quickly. I was shocked how fast.

Decent selection for a small shop. Good prices but that customer service is absolutely horrible. I walked in the guy at the register acknowledged me but after that I got nothing. They had an item was interested in buying, so I hung around what I wanted that was in the case. There was an employee standing there at the counter working. So I asked a question gave me a brief answer and then walked away to help someone else that came in after me. May have been a bad day for that guy but not the customer’s problem. I can’t be a return customer if you refuse to help me with items that require an employee to conduct the sale and background check.

I've had several transfers and bought 4 suppressors from here. All went extremely smoothly. Recently discovered my tac stamps were destroyed by water damage from the hurricanes this past summer, and they dug through their physical copies to find mine, scan it, and email it to me. Above and beyond what I could have hoped for.
