They replied quickly and said they could take a look at the van the next day. Dropped off Tuesday morning fixed by Thursday evening. Slave cylinder replaced van back on the road Friday morning. Very happy with service and good price. I would recommend and also use them again if I have any issues whilst working around London area.
Rich PettA completely honest review. Firstly, i was not too sure whether i should trust this company to carry out the services i required on my car. A gearbox service, haldex service, and a full major service. Especially with the price that was given to me for the whole job, it seemed to good to be true. After turning up to the garage on a saturday morning, i felt very nervous at first due to its location. Long behold, i left the vehicle with the company, and after speaking with the owner i was quickly reassured i was in good hands. He then proceeded to not only supply a perfect service, but kept me updated along the way, sending me pictures of the old stuff coming out, and the new stuff going in. I dropped the vehicle off at 10am, and picked it back up at 4pm, on the same day. Very professional standards in communication, and he even carried out a complementary vehicle health check and let me know about my missing undertray and low discs and pads on the front. I drove the vehicle away, and to say the least, it felt like i was driving a completely different car, but only in positive aspects. Well done DMG, will definitely be using you again. Only one ‘even better if’, is if the location could be better. After all, i think this mechanical company, of all mechanics, would thrive from a location change which was completely personal to them.
