Despite multiple follow-ups by both the residents and the landlord, no update or response has been received. The lack of follow-through has been concerning.
Charminar BistroGiving one star as well is a big thing for them. ONE OF THE WORST MANAGERS specially Juliet Atha. These people thinks that all unit members are there servants !! Its their duty to reslove the issues and concerns when its coming to services all unit people pays every month. The worst of their kinds!! RESIGN IF YOU ARE NOT A PROFESSIONAL TO HANDLE SUCH CONCERNS.
Henry LeeThey treat the building residents (and from what I hear the board of directors) as though we work for them, instead of the other way around. They do the management side of things fairly well most of the time but their bedside manner is lacking.
