I had such a wonderful experience at FMC Clinic! From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by how clean, well-maintained, and welcoming the clinic felt. Christine is absolutely amazing—she’s not only highly skilled but also very gentle and attentive, making me feel comfortable throughout my treatment. The laser service was quick and painless, which made the whole experience even better. She took the time to explain everything and made sure I was relaxed. The entire staff here is just as wonderful—friendly, professional, and genuinely caring.

I absolutely loved my experience with First Medical Clinic. They made me feel at ease and comfortable the whole process. Receptionists are polite and accommodating. What i love about this Clinic is that they always have amazing offers especially for those who are looking for a budget friendly treatment but doesn’t compromise the quality. I had my carbon laser and i truly loved it! Thanks to Nurse Lyn who made my session comfortable, she is very nice to talk with and so professional in her field. We’ve been coming here for over 4 years, but the service quality has declined. Every time we book specifically with a certain nurse for a carbon peel, we’re assigned to someone else. Additionally, the carbon mask application is very thin compared to other clinics in Dubai. Each nurse has a completely different technique, and some seem inexperienced. The only two who are truly professional are Nagamani and Shoja — yet the receptionist consistently refuses to book appointments with them, even when they’re clearly available. Overall, the clinic lacks proper customer service and consistency. Very disappointing experience after years of loyalty.

I have been to so many clinics before I was recommended first medical center muraqqabat by a colleague of mine. I feel so blessed and lucky to have found such a lovely team who take care of my wellbeing from the reception team to all the nurses and the staff. My favorite is Dr. Poonam Sharma who takes care of my hair prp. She is so lovely and gentle with the procedure that I even go without numbing cream for the procedure. I would also recommend nurse Mani for all those who have very Small veins making it difficult to locate and extract blood for any prp procedure. Her experience makes it easy for her to locate my complex veins for which I’m very thankful. 😁 overall I highly recommend this branch for these esthetic procedures. They are honestly the best in Dubai. Can’t recommend them enough. 👍
