Really nice staff, very accommodating. I have a vestibular disorder which is some trial and error (and time) to treat but they tried every avenue to get me some relief and it seemed to help. Thank you, Charlie!

Mike Ross provided me with excellent care for both plantar fasciitis and back pain. His knowledge and personalized approach made a noticeable difference in my recovery. Bryan, his technician, was always polite and focused on my progress with each exercise. I highly recommend Mike and his team for anyone in need of a skilled and caring physical therapist.

This has been the best physical therapy experience ever and it's my first. The doctors here are amazing, communicative amd fun to train with. I would break a few more bones just to be back. Come here when you want to get better faster!

In preparing for my Total Knee Replacement surgery, I knew that finding a great physical therapist was critical for my recovery and return to a mobile and pain free life. Fortunately, a friend recommended that I stop by Doctors of Physical Therapy (DPT) in Schaumburg to meet physical therapist Dr. Rebecca Jalnos. Luck had it that Rachel had a moment to introduce herself and suggest I set up a few pre-surgery sessions. By doing that, we were able to establish a benchmark of measurements regarding the straightening and bending of the badly damaged knee. Rebecca also worked me thru exercises to prepare my knee and surrounding muscles. These exercises I loyally did at home up until surgery, confident that I was using proper form because Rebecca had showed me hands-on and had also given me paper handouts for additional assurance. Once the surgery was over and I had finished my home PT, I returned to DPT and Rebecca’s welcoming, reassuring smile. Having already spent pre-op time at the clinic, I felt comfortable and eager to begin my devotion to being made whole, even in my somewhat scared state. (It can be a little scary . . . Is my incision going to pop?) Three days a week, for three months straight, Rebecca encouraged, pushed, and challenged me but never overdid it. We established a routine that she kept adding to, while also making adjustments to my improving needs. And her techs, Vashaad and Karina, were always kind and patient. All three helped pass the grueling moments with both genuine concern as well as much appreciated distracting humor. Between the massages, the exercises, the dry needling, and the end-of-session ice/heat treatments, I always felt that Rebecca was determined to get me to my goal. If I was going to make a 100% effort for 100% recovery, she was clearly willing to be at my side, offering her knowledge, talents and sweet enthusiasm. If you need a wonderful physical therapist, I highly recommend putting your trust and recovery in the hands of Rebecca Jalnos.
