Erin has the best pet store specializing high end one shop stop items. Erin and her staff are super knowledgeable, kind and supportive for all of your animals wants or desires. This owner is very conscientious about everything. I would recommend this location above the rest of Pet Stores in the Cityplace neighborhood. Give this space 5 out of 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
The store owner is incredibly knowledgeable, kind, caring and super approachable. She is so genuine and helpful. My dog yanks me here all the time and absolutely loves her and all the staff. Highly recommend visiting this shop!
My partner and I regularly shop here and are extremely disappointed in the poor customer service. When we first became customers (August 2024) everything was wonderful & all staff were warm and accommodating. In the past two months, orders have been extremely delayed & staff have been increasingly short & unwelcoming.
