was with my friend when she brought her dog here for a simple nail trim, and what we witnessed was completely unacceptable. During the trim, her dog ended up hurting herself — instead of stopping or showing any compassion, the staff threw a towel over her head and kept going. Even worse, they then tried to hide what happened from us like we wouldn’t notice. That’s not just unprofessional — it’s cruel. No pet should ever be treated that way. If this is how they handle animals in front of customers, I can’t imagine what happens when no one’s watching. I would never recommend this place to anyone who actually cares about their pet’s safety and well-being.

We've been going here for over 6 months, we had changed to this day-care for my girl due to moving. I was not sure at first, but each time Roxy my puppy is happy to go, today, she literally RAN inside pulling me! The folks there are kind, respectful and TOTALLY into dogs! I feel so comfortable there with her, it's very clean, no bad smells and super easy to book a visit! Happy and most satisfied customer! Tara E

This place is for some people. It was not for us. My dog is a a big girl, she loves to run and play. I didn't realize until going for our first session that this place has no room for bigger dogs. The inside looks like a sad prison for mean dogs to live. The rooms we saw- one was empty because the staff was not full I'm guessing. They had the little dogs penned in the big dog room so they could keep watching of them all by one person. The outside area is fine, but too small. We watched our dog during her session and it was fine, but again.... The room is a prison. They have these other bigger dogs all in a room where they can't really do anything. I'll mention it again- this place is not for us, but might be for you. We didn't want our dog to just be watched all day in a small room where they can hardly romo around at all during daycare. We wanted her to make friends and have space to play with those friends.

We love taking our dog here! This is an amazing spot to take your dog for daycare. They do a wonderful job with training and socialization! Need to leave them overnight or for a few days? No problem! They have some great boarding programs as well! Need to check in and see what’s happening? Sure thing! They have webcam access you can dial into in real time! Beyond that the staff is super energetic. You can tell they love their jobs and taking care of our dogs while we’re at work or away. Would highly recommend to anyone needing a trustworthy place that not only provides for our dogs’ physical needs, but also their intellectual, social, and emotional needs!
