After meeting with 2 different nutritionists, I consider Taly an incredible “client” whisperer who has helped me transform my relationship with food! We have met weekly since April, and I have been challenged to toss out all the “diet tips and tricks” that I’ve learned over a decade of trying to lose weight. I now have new skills when it comes to preparing a balanced meal, an improved perspective on all foods, and a greater sense of self-love while I incorporate joyful movement and mindful eating into my new healthy lifestyle.

Taly is an amazing dietitian... especially in the holistic area. Her approach is getting to know the individual and their challenges. We understand diet is not only a meal but a lifestyle.
