A loyal hertz customer but give this place a miss. Long waiting time (1.5h) and ended up getting downgraded to an older and more unsafe car ... Not too sure how they get away with it. Other operators seem to be a lot better run here. Update, ended up giving me the car if finally ordered after two hours. Only thing is it was delivered dirty straight from another customer with parts missing and smelling of smoke. I finally gave up

I booked a car for 2 days and I was charged 136.83 dollars. However, I got 2 extra charges on my credit card from your company however 162 AED (62 dollars) 1186.79 AED (476 dollars) I got no invoices explaining why these charges are made for. I called your company customer service over 5 times sincei got the charges and it has been always same answer. Our finance team will call you on the next 24hours. Its been a month now. I regret reserving with Hertz. This is my worst customer service experience ever. No answer from financial team. The staff on customer service did their best but no explanation at all about these charges.

Worst rental experience ever, and I’m a Hertz President club member. The wait time from the desk to getting the car is more than 2 hours and a half. And no one cares about the customers and no one answer any question. It’s a big mess. I missed my meeting because of them. And the car i booked was not available. Never again Hertz!
