I am always getting a haircut from Casey, and I can't be more thrilled with the results! From the moment I walk in, Casey makes me feel welcomed and comfortable. He takes the time to listen to exactly what I want and offers some great suggestions based on my hair type and face shape. The haircut itself always turns out amazing—he really knows his craft and has a great eye for detail. I always leave feeling like a new person! Not only is the haircut fantastic, but the overall service is top-notch. Casey is professional, friendly, and truly dedicated to making sure I am happy with the end result. I will definitely be coming back for my next cut and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a talented and personable hairdresser.

I’ve gotten numerous blowouts there and they were fabulous but I went in for highlights and and bleach sit on my hair for over an hour only to have the toner added be brown so my hair was super dark and then they added more bleach to lighten some parts and it came out orange. Worst hair color ever, I left in tears and they still charged me $200+… spent another $300 to fix at another salon and still mad at how the bleach destroyed my hair

I used to be a regular customer at this salon. However, my last visit was disappointing. Before my appointment, I had washed my hair and asked the stylist if it needed rewashing or if cutting it as is would be fine. The stylist assured me it was okay to proceed without rewashing. Initially, the cut seemed fine, but l noticed the uneven results. Despite not being overly particular about my hair, the noticeable unevenness was concerning. I don’t think he was the owner or the older gentleman, he was the younger one.

this was my first and last time going to k-one! (lynbrook) it was by far the worst haircut i have ever had! and the worst experience! first the guy at the desk was extremely rude! i asked for a book or two to show which haircut i wanted but he said rudely, "no books look it up on google." then before i had a chance to look anything up, he said "wash first." right after the wash they sat me in a chair to get the haircut and were rushing me and did not give me a chance to show them what i wanted. the woman (who spoke NO english) proceeded to style my hair before even cutting it! i was like what are you doing?! this person who cut my hair obviously did NOT know what she was doing! my hair was cut much shorter than i requested and she was trying so hard to ACT like she knew what she was doing but she absolutely did NOT! she layered my hair which was previously one length and made it all layered and choppy which i did not want. i am a very dissatisfied first time customer and i will not be returning! i would not recommend this spot to anyone! the only positive review goes to the lady who washed my hair and gave me a massage. she was great! other than that, this place was terrible!
