Didn’t catch the guys name, but we were in line behind a mother and her two kids, her phone was dead so she couldn’t pay for a phone charger (and some lollipops for the kids). The cashier paid for her stuff out of his own pocket without a second thought. It was a very generous moment to witness and I just wanted to give props to that employee for his generosity and humanity!

Vance's Hot Wheels experience I leave these reviews on businesses that sell Hot Wheels to hopefully have them actually care, and make my hobby more fun for everyone who enjoys it. Pros: keeps cars semi well stocked. Most recent case I've seen was a 2024 J, and this is also the location where I found my first Super Treasure Hunt! Cons: cars are located somewhat far from the main entrance, and haven't been stocked since February when I found that Super. Overall score: 4/10. Would be great if stock was more full.

Today 15th of April was going great until... I went to Smyth street Dollarama. See, I have an issue when cashiers squash/stuff my products into the bag (no order) . PLEASE MANAGERS, teach your staff how to pack bags!!! So, I addressed my issue to its manager.... LAYING arms, head down on the counter NONE PERSONABLE nor managerial skills... Anyway, instead of assessing my concern she the manager, started giving me a lecture. Geez.... :( I got mad and walked out!! Teach your managers people skills and customer service.
