Don's Light House

I would not recommend this repair shop to anyone. I regret not reading the reviews beforehand. I brought my 65-inch Sony Bravia TV in for repair, and after paying for a diagnosis, I was told the issue was due to the black lights. I authorized the parts to be ordered, but during the repair, they damaged the screen. Later, they claimed the problem was not with the black lights, but with the screen itself. When I went to pick up the TV, I discovered the damage and refused to take it. Since then, I’ve been trying to contact them, but no one answers the phone. I feel helpless and don’t know what to do now. If I could rate them -10 I would.

Brought my VHS/DVD player to be repaired. As the dvd door wouldn't open back in Aug. /23. Repaired. Received Sept. 15/23. Brought back in Oct 2/23 for the same thing. Apparently, my machine was sent to Niagara falls store. I still haven't heard any info. Today's date: Nov. 23/23, on the problem. No one returns my calls. I keep on leaving messages. I don't understand what the problem is with businesses like this. Very unhappy customer☹️

I call repeatedly and nobody even answers the phone. After reading these reviews, I’m guessing that’s a good thing. I’ll take my business elsewhere. Thanks… but no thanks.
