Chris Chandler came to give us a quote for a furnace replacement. He was courteous, professional and thorough. He explained several options for brands of furnace and warranties available. He answered our questions and was very knowledgeable. The company responded quickly to our original service call and our call for quote as well. We would have no problem recommending Chris and the Donaldson team to family and friends. We purchased a new furnace from Donaldson and had them install it. Mahmoud and Tanner came the next day to remove the old furnace and run some additional ductwork. They put runners down to protect our floors and cleaned up everything. Pat came later to assist with the install and gas connection. The entire job was complete less than 24 hours after we received our quote. Overall we were very pleased with the total experience. Donaldson did a partial renovation on our bathroom... the only bathroom in the house. They made sure that our only toilet was only out of service for 2 hours. The entire job was done in 4.5 days and looks amazing. Most impressive was how CLEAN everything was. They put down carpet, swept every day and left the house tidy when they left. Dan, the supervisor, came by often to check the work and was always available to answer our question. Everyone went above and beyond. I would not hesitate to use Donaldson again.

From the very start of the process in our bathroom renovation, the customer service experience, punctuality, honesty, and transparency were top tier with Donaldson. They provided us with a stress free renovation as each trade was brought in and handled by them in a well orchestrated timeline. At the end only needing to pay one bill that included the subcontract costs. This job encompassed plumbing, drywalling/waterproof enclosure installation, electrical, and demolition. Every stage and every technician involved was fantastic. I highly recommend this company for any home improvement project. The job will be done right and the results are stunning! I have attached the before and after for our renovation, the before is the brown tiled style and the after is the beautiful Grey acrylic with better lighting.

Had Donaldson plumbing Install a shower for us due to insurance damage from the old one, Dan and his crew were excellent to deal with, the job did run a day over the estimated time line due to some drain repairs that were more involved then first thought but they still came in on the estimated price which was very fair to begin with . It looks great and we are very happy with it. The crew did a great job very polite and kept us informed throughout the job, the work was top notch and the job was done very professionally. A highly recommended company to deal with
