I ordered a ring from here and it was supposed to be delivered in 4 weeks. Due to the company claiming an incorrect amount on the invoice the ring is now stuck in customs since April 22.(It’s june 9th today). I don’t know when the ring will arrive either, as you can imagine this is not a situation you want to be put in when you had a date planned for the engagement. I do not recommend buying a ring from here, look for a store that doesn’t ship from overseas.

I ordered a ring online in March, and it was received by Canadian customs on April 10. It has now been on hold for 22 days. The reason is that the amount declared by Diamond Factory was lower than what I actually paid. As a result, customs requested a detailed invoice. However, the only document I have does not include a full breakdown (ring price, certificate, and taxes). I’ve sent multiple emails to Diamond Factory and even called them, no one was able to help, even though they said they would. I have NEVER received the detailed invoice required by customs (THAT I ASK MULTIPLE TIME!) So the ring I bought to propose to my partner has been STUCK AT CANADIAN CUSTOMS FOR OVER 22 DAYS, and no one at Diamond Factory is helping. In fact, they’ve stopped responding to my emails entirely. Its a shame but my proposal plans have been cancel for now because it’s hard to propose without a ring… Even if their prices seem attractive, if they have to ship internationally: AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.

Went in to visit Julie at Diamonds Factory to purchase an Engagaement ring and she was AMAZING. She gave me a full education as my knowlege on diamonds was next to zero. Her personality and patience made this a very enjoyable experiance and not once did I feel any pressure which I always felt at other jewellers. Can't wait to come in to purchase the wedding bands :-)
