The dentist was superb. She was friendly, very informative, great with my child.The assistant didn't seem to know how to do her job properly, with having to redo the xray, as the first one missed what we needed to see (maybe shes new?). She also had a bit of attitude and an eye roll when asked if she could call and confirm my coverage, instead of being willing to give a good experience. Reception seemed okay with bare minimum and somehow was under the impression, that if she called my insurance, they wouldn't tell her anything. In the end it was passed of as miscommunication. I will go back for a second chance. If it's not flawless, I will go elsewhere. UPDATE** I went back and it was no better. I will be going elsewhere. I also called the number the owner left in the comments, just to get the same receptionist that I had the problem with, and she had no idea what I was talking about. If they actually cared they would reach out to us. They have our info!

Well my relationship with this office didn't start off as great as it could have,,, but they have redeemed themselves.. I'm so so so VERY HAPPY with my last few visits,,, they went above and beyond to make sure my needs were met and that I walked out of there a happy girl. Well mission accomplished!!!! Thank you to the staff whom are always there with a smile and laugh the moment you walk in the door.
