Jonas from Door King was here a week ago to replace the broken spring and cable system on our garage door. He made several adjustments, but in using the door for the next few days, we thought the door was a little too difficult to open. We called back, and he returned promptly and replaced the new spring with a larger one, and now the door works very satisfactorily. Jonas was friendly and courteous, and we are pleased with the work that he did.

My remote and keypad quit working and new remote wouldn’t stay paired. They came out the next day (could’ve been same day but MY schedule prevented that) and confirmed the circuit board was bad and I opted to get a new motor since mine was 24 years old. It included the unit, wall button, keypad, 2 remotes and the sensor. They had it installed and operating in less than an hour and even programmed my car opener for me. Very happy with the results and the guys were super friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!
