Alan arrived within hours to assess the situation & he was very courteous, professional & knowledgeable about LiftMaster, which we ultimately ended up having him install. Monique provided affordable pricing & Alan arrived the following day with all materials & did a great job with the installation. Upon installation Alan showed us how to work the remotes & keypad & even programmed our car to the new system. He often asked if we had any questions which he readily answered. He even told us to contact him if we have any more questions. We appreciated the level of professionalism & the affordability of products that were offered to us. We had such a positive experience with Door Masters of Bourbonnais, Monique & Alan that we would highly recommend this company.

We called two different companies fur a new garage door opener in our mancave for our 10x16 ft door. We went with Jack at Doormaster. He has been doing this a long time , very knowledgeable and went above and beyond when he installed the new opener.. we are very pleased with the the ease of the estimate, the communication, the bud process and the warranty. Do not call another company! This amazing group of people are all you need for your garage door needs! We had our garage door buckle in the middle of the night and it was a rough night to say the least! Door Masters gave us a quote came out the next day, and the following day our new door was installed! Cars are back in the garage and we have a extremely amazing quiet door, that I am highly impressed by! Alan was very professional, answered all our questions, replaced our old door all in a few days!
