I would like to thank Monique Proper & Service Technician Alan Thorne for their prompt attention & response to the problems we reported having with our garage door opener. Alan arrived within hours to assess the situation & he was very courteous, professional & knowledgeable about LiftMaster, which we ultimately ended up having him install. Monique provided affordable pricing & Alan arrived the following day with all materials & did a great job with the installation. Upon installation Alan showed us how to work the remotes & keypad & even programmed our car to the new system. He often asked if we had any questions which he readily answered. He even told us to contact him if we have any more questions. We appreciated the level of professionalism & the affordability of products that were offered to us. We had such a positive experience with Door Masters of Bourbonnais, Monique & Alan that we would highly recommend this company.

We called two different companies fur a new garage door opener in our mancave for our 10x16 ft door. We went with Jack at Doormaster. He has been doing this a long time , very knowledgeable and went above and beyond when he installed the new opener.. we are very pleased with the the ease of the estimate, the communication, the bud process and the warranty. Great service! They made the process of getting a new door opener installed super easy. I had a number of questions and all of them were answered. Alan arrived and knocked out the installation faster that I anticipated. I will be calling them again when it is time for a new door or other service.
