Doors by Russ installed ours over ten years ago, and they have worked fine since. After that much time, felt they probably needed some preventative maintenance. Dakota, their tech, came out and lubricated , replaced some rollers with worn bearings and tested it all out. Sounds like new! Runs smooth as silk! Very happy with their service, and Dakota was very pleasant as he got his work done despite me chatting him up.
