The team here really make this hotel. Every member is so helpful, warm & friendly. Breakfast has been my favourite meal - I’m greeted by the Head Chef every morning and as I’m here for a week, the staff know my every need! Shoutout to the lovely ladies in the dining room - Karanti, Rosemary - and all there! And tts lady in the bar who is so helpful with wine choices. My main disappointment with this hotel is that the bedrooms are very tired / grubby carpet’s & furniture, fittings. However the housekeeping staff are excellent. I think Head Office needs to do a better job of ensuring consistency across its 5 star properties. If it wasn’t for the staff, including reception - I would not have stayed the week. But I could see the effort they were making. Thanks to all here at the Raddison - you really do understand 5 star service, even if the hotel standard was a not.

Relaxing place after a rainy start from pune at 430am...reached Delhi by delayed air india flight 2470...so at 315pm....what followed was anAmazing experience, add the outset. I was a little taken aback with the distance. As I was confused between Noida and Greater Noida. However, on reaching the hotel, the person in charge of guest relations. Mr. Prince made a difference. The amazing you attitude in every respect made us feel comfortable. After a long day, which started with huge flight delays from Poona. Delhi had very good weather. And of course the vibrancy at the hotel was only welcoming. The room was well equept with a very nice. Whatup instant hot water? Great toiletry supplies bathrobe slippers, a well appointed safe. Excellent beverage supplies. Good housekeeping, by Rajendra, very comfortable mattress and also a small note on sleep hygiene. A great place to relax, overlooking the green cover. It is simply amazing how the ecological balance has been maintained. Further, the restaurant was excellent with Abhishek. Vinod Kalyani Kapil and the most important chef Pritam Singh, who made every meal very comfortable. His mile and his magical hands also made the packaged breakfast. For us, excellent, I think we cannot find words to say the culinary skills which are displayed by this restaurant staff. Further, the spa under leadership of Geeta assisted by Deepa is also very welcoming. We enjoyed the steam sonor and they made us very comfortable. I think it will not be Out of place to mention what started as a doubt, anxiety was put to rest by this lovely place, which also has an amazing banket. And also facilities to make the bride and bride groom. Happy for the day which is once in a lifetime. I will visit this hotel again. During my recent business trip, I had the pleasure of staying at this property, and it exceeded every expectation. From the moment I arrived, the staff demonstrated exceptional professionalism and attention to detail, ensuring a smooth check-in and a stress-free experience throughout. Special mention goes to Daleep and Prince, whose warmth and professionalism stood out. Their genuine hospitality and willingness to assist with every request made a lasting impression. The room was a perfect blend of comfort and functionality—spacious, quiet, and equipped with a well-designed work desk, high-speed Wi-Fi, and ample charging ports. The breakfast was another highlight. Each morning offered a generous spread of fresh, high-quality options—from international classics to local delicacies. Whether I needed a quick bite before meetings or a leisurely start to the day, the breakfast team delivered with efficiency and charm. The live counters, fresh juices, and perfectly brewed coffee were especially appreciated.

Special thanks to Mr Anant Khanna (Front office Manager) for granting late check-out and helping me to know around the property. Good Options in Breakfast and helpful staff while having breakfast in their Restaurant. Will be coming back to property.
