I recently stayed at the DoubleTree by Hilton in Sharjah, and I am delighted to share my exceptional experience. From the moment I arrived, the service was impeccable. The valet parking team made my arrival smooth and hassle-free. The portage team was attentive, ensuring all my belongings were handled with care. A special thank you to Melody at the reception for her warm welcome and efficient check-in process and ensuring that I’m being looked after throughout my stay. The room service and housekeeping teams exceeded my expectations, ensuring my room was always spotless and comfortable. I particularly enjoyed the buffet breakfast at the restaurant, expertly managed by Mr. Tarek, whose hospitality truly stood out. The entire team at the DoubleTree by Hilton made my stay an unforgettable and relaxing experience. I highly recommend the Hilton Hotel to anyone visiting Sharjah, whether for business or leisure. A Memorable Iftar Experience with a Few Minor Missteps I recently had the pleasure of experiencing the Iftar buffet at the Hilton DoubleTree Sharjah, and overall, it was a delightful and satisfying evening. From the warm welcome to the extensive spread of traditional Middle Eastern dishes, the hotel truly went all out to create a memorable Ramadan experience. The buffet offered a wide variety of options, including succulent meats, flavorful stews, and an impressive array of sweet and savory pastries. The highlights for me were the tender and juicy lamb ouzi, the rich and creamy umm ali, and the refreshing Ramadan drinks, such as jallab and karkade. The service was attentive and friendly, with the staff going out of their way to ensure that our needs were met. The ambiance was also warm and inviting, with traditional Arabic decor and soothing background music. However, there were a few minor missteps that prevented me from giving a full 5-star review. Firstly, the buffet could have been better organized, with some dishes running low or being slow to be replenished. Secondly, the dessert selection, while impressive, could have been more varied and creative. Overall, I would highly recommend the Iftar experience at the Hilton DoubleTree Sharjah to anyone looking for a delicious and memorable Ramadan evening. While there's room for improvement, the hotel's efforts to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere are truly commendable. *Will I return?* Yes, I would definitely consider returning next year, and I hope that the hotel will take my feedback on board to improve the experience even further.

Our 4th visit to this lovely welcoming hotel. We were given a free upgrade by the great Manager, David, who we thank very much for extra pleasure it gave us.We were given by him a free afternoon visit for canopies and coffee, a very pleasant treat. The staff, from the gentleman on the door,to the cleaners, kitchen staff, and all,were most welcoming, recognising us from our previous visits. Food, plentiful and varied, always good. Bed, very comfortable, view, excellent. ( from the 18th floor)| There is a Russian Orthodox church very near, for those that have interest.|Shopping malls two minutes walk from the door, with interest for all needs. Swimming pool , sauna and steam room, available to all residents.|I could write their praises for longer than you would care to read. Had an absolute awesome experience for the past 4 nights at the hotel. From Check in to check out the staff was simply amazing in every aspect. Politeness, speed of service for ANYTHING, awareness, care all absolutely amazing. I would like to highlight one particular member of staff in the Restaurant, Nadya, what a pleasure she was, leading from the front giving every guest the same 7 star treatment and care. We could do with managers like her. Going above and beyond, helping the other staff, cleaning, clearing, assisting etc. we could do with lovely people and mangers like her.
