Doug Terry Law -Insurance Lawyer

I spent over 20 minutes on the phone on Sept. 19th providing information just to schedule a consultation but was never called back. A week or so later I dropped by the address only to find out that the Doug wasn't one of the lawyers practicing out of that location. They were familiar with him, however. The entire experience was odd.

We are deeply grateful for the wise counsel, encouragement and support we received from attorney Doug Terry over the course of our bad faith insurance lawsuit. Sometimes it is hard to get a response from attorneys. Doug responded to me immediately, even while traveling overseas with his family. His response was thoughtful and thorough, not dismissive or arrogant. I don't mean to set unrealistic expectations for others interested in contacting his office, but I was surprised at his responsiveness, despite the fact that he will likely not make any money from my case.
