Vasile DoagaEine äußerst enttäuschende Erfahrung bei Douglas, obwohl ich in der Vergangenheit nur positive Eindrücke hatte und das breite Produktsortiment stets geschätzt habe. Ich habe vier Parfums und ein Duschgel gekauft, alle mit einem reduzierten Preis ausgezeichnet: zwei Hugo Boss Parfums à 200 ml für je 69,99 €, ein Boss Bottled, ein Versace Eros sowie ein Boss Bottled Duschgel für 12,99 €. An der Kasse wurden die Hugo Boss Parfums jedoch mit je 84 € berechnet und das Duschgel mit 15,29 €. Nur die anderen zwei Parfums wurden zum korrekten, reduzierten Preis abgerechnet. Obwohl ich ausdrücklich nachgefragt hatte, ob die angezeigten Preise korrekt sind, wurde mir das bestätigt – erst nach dem Bezahlen wurde mir gesagt, es handle sich um einen „Preisfehler“, und die reduzierten Preise wurden sofort entfernt. Ich habe den klaren Eindruck, dass hier bewusst versucht wurde, Kunden in die Irre zu führen – in der Hoffnung, dass nur wenige den Kassenbon direkt überprüfen. Eine sehr enttäuschende Erfahrung, die Zweifel an der Fairness der Preisgestaltung aufkommen lässt.

Rani LopezGuten Tag hab vor einer Woche Parfum gekauft und hatte much gewundert warum es nicht mehr riecht … hab gedacht hab ne Verstopfte Nase bis mein Freund meinte es ist gekippt !! bei Douglas angerufen denn Bescheid gesagt was man da machen kann da ich leider denn Kassenbon entsorgt hab .. ziemlich freche Antwort bekommen schade jedesmal sind die Mitarbeiter extrem unfreundlich und frech hane 150 Euro dafür bezahlt ! Ein wenig kolanz wäre nett gewesen !! Bitte wechselt eure Mitarbeiter das ist eine Unverschämtheit
