Doctor is always out sick and cancels last minute and doesn’t call back to reschedule they just make you wait another 2 months for an opening. Then they cancel 3 of my appointments because I don’t reply y on text messages. this dental office is no good.

Professional, Courteous, Competent Dental Clinic with extremely friendly staff who explain what they are doing as they are doing it so you get educated and have clean teeth that will stay clean due to their explanation. I found this to be very helpful in maintaining my teeth and would be willing to recommend, vouch for, and come back anytime. Forever loyal to this clinic! :)

This is a negative review but only based of my interactions with the office staff. Doctor Nguyen is a very good dentist, she is very friendly and I have nothing but praise and good things to say about her. The first issue I had was when I went in a few years ago and ended up having to have a small filling done, and paid with my HSA card. I typically don't double check the billing afterwards because I have a set deductible but when I checked my bill I saw I was charged like $400 because for whatever reason whoever did the billing didn't use my insurance, and I had to go through a whole thing to get it fixed. The last straw happened last week when I had an appointment for Friday on 4/21/23, I'm sitting at home Thursday morning and get a call asking where I was for my appointment. Obviously I was confused and said my appointment was on Friday but I just get blown off by the receptionist and spoken to rudely by her saying it's a no call no show, and I owe $50 for missing it. I even tried saying I could come right over which would make me about 20 minutes late, but she said that was unacceptable,even though I have waited 15-20 minutes to be called back multiple times in the past. I was frustrated and just said I am going to find another dentist. Today I got more texts from them trying to bill me for missing my appointment. I found my original appointment card and it clearly shows 4/21/23 which was the date I had on my calendar. I really liked Dr. Nguyen but after my last interaction with the rude receptionist I cannot recommend going there.

Initially I felt like this dentistry was very thorough and I appreciated the professionalism of the staff. However, I had never had a cavity before and when I visited division family dental I was told I had 7. My husband was told he had 11. We both had a few filled, but decided to wait on the rest. We later went in for a second opinion at another very reputable dentistry. They told both of us we had none. It has been over two years and many X-rays later and my dentist still shows that I have 0 cavities. Please get a second opinion before you allow any cavity work to be done.
