Ich habe ein Geschenk für meine 15 jährige Tochter gesucht. Ich bin Dank der super tollen Beratung die es genau auf den Punkt gebracht hat sehr schnell fündig geworden. Die Verkäuferin Nathalie hat genau verstanden was ich suche und mir echt tolle Produkte gezeigt die ich auch mitgenommen habe. Es war total unkompliziert, ihre sehr angenehme Art einfach eine 10 von 10. Ich komme auf jeden Fall wieder. Vielen Dank Nathalie deine Kollegin an der Kasse hat mir deinen Namen verraten 🍀🤗

Ich konnte an der Kasse gut hören, wie sich das Fachpersonal über eine Kundin und dessen Kinder beschwerte: "Das Kind sei dreckig und würde alles anfassen." Außerdem wurde die Beauty-Expertin, die mich bediente unfreundlich, als ich nach dem Online- Preis und dessen Reduzierung fragte. Sie kassierte ab und drehte sich ohne ein weiteres Wort um, um mit ihrer Kollegin zu sprechen. Kein Auf Wiedersehen oder ähnliches, mein Abschied wurde ignoriert. Der Einkauf bleibt mir negativ im Sinn, ich möchte ungern dort wieder etwas kaufen.
