This is one of my favorite UO stores to shop at. I did have a not so pleasant experience at check-out when the employee got annoyed with me because I told him that I had the QR code to get points after he scanned my items. I told him that it was my first time using the app in store but he didn’t seem to care and did not get an apology. He was wearing a hoodie so I barely got to see his face. Maybe they could work on recruiting better employees or training them with basic customer service skills.

I love this urban outfitters store. You can always find sales happening. The store is nice, clean, and organized. On the higher level are the home department and lower men. The staff is helpful and knowledgeable about size and inventory. The book section is so cute; many unique finds in this entire store. I love the retro look and the vinyl records / music area; you can find many new artists and some old bands. It's like a time travel to the 1970s. Paying was quick, and customer service was a pleasant experience when having to return a T-shirt.
