Thunderous NinjaHorrible service, horrible experience. The blonde dentist messed up and hit a nerve hard core and cost me tons. The redhead receptionist was very nasty with me. My membership had am expiration date and they didn't remind me. She said " you need to renew, you didn't pay, 439 dollars. What do you think you don't have to pay? It'd not free here" I will never come here or recommend her or the dentist. You need to evaluate your staff. I'm looking into secondary opinions. Stay away from here.

Needed an easy tooth extraction they said they could do. 150$ later and I have to go to someone else and pay $150 to even get in the door then pay for extraction. This place was literally useless. I told them what days I had available for the "specialist" appointment and they made it on the one day I said I wasn't available. Really nice nursing staff! But wow what a completely worthless visit in every way. They all kind of seem like they don't know if they are telling you the right thing. Very soft comments. A dentist with a Doctorate should be telling me what needs to be done not asking me what needs to be done.
