Down Right Merchandise

Awful customer service. Responses did not happen within the 2 day time frame. 16 days to ship out an item. Ignoring emails which required countless follow ups. Worst shopping and shipping site I have ever been on. No actual responses with helpful information. Worked at similar business before and this place needs to either figure out their management or processes.

Great experience with the customer service support, which is in stark contrast of how my order was originally mishandled. It’s nice to see the new management Armada Merch making strides and improving. Tysm !!

Placed an order on June 26th. Paid for 1-3 day expidited shipping. As of today, July 8th, nothing has been done with my item. It's ridiculous to pay extra money for faster shipping and I'm going on 2 weeks with no updates. I did send an email and got the worlds most generic copy/paste response that was absolutely no help. As of now I do not recommend Down Right Merch and if nothing changes I will seek further actions. UPDATE: After my post I got an email addressing and fixing all my issues and concerns. I appreciate the quick response and help. Can't go all the way to 5 stars because of the initial issues but I can say I think the company will fix internal issues and improve.
