Disappointed!! My sister’s supposed to be having retinal detachment surgery, I requested for an invoice as we need it to be able to get the money needed for her surgery. I was redirected to the councillor (Jackie) who tells me to go pick it up, I told her I was far away and requested it to be sent via my email address. I asked for the invoice in the morning and kept calling throughout the day and she didn’t answer, no response at all and no invoice. So I will have to travel all the way just to go pick up an invoice that could be sent to me.

I’m wondering about the service at Room 19. I was waiting in line for a long time and I was first, but the lady working on the computer called another person ahead of me. It felt like we were ignored, even though we were first in line. This is very frustrating and unfair.

Very poor at triage and very disappointed at how they handle special needs patients . How can one medical professional clearly ask a clearly neuro - incapacitated person to read a Snellen chart without assessing whether they speak!!!DO BETTER PLEASE. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.
