Ivelina IvanovaUpdate: 3 months after my review -still no progress. Still bleeding every day and still being neglected. I had to go to Bulgaria to get an appointment, because this GP surgery did nothing helpful despite the fact that I was calling them every day, I got only phone appointments…. Still waiting for a miracle… OG review: they are pretty useless. 🤦🏻♀️ I have been bleeding for the last 3 months and I have big blood clots coming out. The GP said that it COULD BE a hormonal problem and said he WILL give me contraception pills. I refused to take pills without a proper check up. He said that i don’t need hormones check up because they recently (2M ago) checked 1 of my hormones and it was in the norm. So I asked him-why he’s giving me contraceptive pills if that 1 hormone is fine and if he refuse to check the rest of them- he was sitting and staring at me like 🙄🤷🏻♀️ They also found a polyp on an ultrasound, and he said that i don’t need to get it removed, but he’s not sure.🤷🏻♀️ Please make it make sense 🙂 I can’t. I was honestly waiting for him to start googling my symptoms….. At the end he gave me appointment for a specialist -AFTER 7 weeks 🙂🙂🙂 Just don’t waste your time with them and go somewhere else’s 🙏🏻

S PLarge practice with a significant number of consultation rooms which are numbered, but no signs to direct you in the right direction. I have had one appointment here and based on that experience I will be moving GP's. I appreciate the NHS is under strain, and with that in mind I understand appointments need to be kept to 10 minutes or under. However being ushered out after 3 minutes, when I was on time, and then rushed to explain my issue (which I did in one sentence). There could have been better care in this instance, and I was quite taken aback as I have never had a situation like that before. I cannot recommend unfortunately.
