She not only repaired my phone but also generously provided a complimentary case and screen protector, a thoughtful gesture considering my recent purchase of their wallet case and flexible screen protector. Mushy, the technician who initially repaired my phone on Saturday, was also helpful during my first visit. As a frequent customer due to my own clumsiness, I consistently receive outstanding service. Whenever I experience any issues with my phone, my family and I always come to Dr Boom! Today I experienced an issue with my phone, where it would not turn on at all. I had no idea what was wrong with it, Mush was able to figure it out and fixed it in a short-time span. He also replaced my screen and gave me a protective case as well. Both Jackie and Mush provide excellent customer service and they both always know how to make sure their customers get the best possible support.
