FLAWLESS SCREEN PROTECTOR APPLICATION ✨✨ Didn't catch any names but everyone was very great and really helpful. I'd just picked up my new phone but the case I ordered was delayed so i needed a cheap but sturdy option in the meantime and a screen protector. The man gave me a discount on the case so that he could give me a more protective case which was awesome. He also took incredible care when applying the screen protector. I've had some sloppy applications in the past, but his technique was flawless and the screen protector is perfectly centered without bubbles. Excellent service, will definitely go back.

I unfortunately do not know the name of the nice man who served me however I had nothing but the best experience. I rushed in the morning stressed because my phone was acting up and not turning on. Within less than 40 minutes the phone was ready good as new. As this month luck has not been on my side last week I also had to go to them to have my laptop checked due to an accidental water damage, both him and the young lady there were very helpful and very informative of the process my laptop had to go through in order to come back repaired. As someone who’s never required to visit any repair shops for my technologies, I definitely had been skeptical in terms of whether they would do the job right or overcharge me and I wouldn’t know any better but thankfully I can say that in both instances they’ve taken care of their client and the products that they’ve been trusted to repair. I wish nothing but the best for their business 😊

I went in to Dr boom on level 2 today after my husband purchased a new phone. I dealt with both Tarak and Raj. Going into the store the service was exceptional and extremely friendly I felt very comfortable dealing with Raj. I went in for a glass screen protector and ended up getting something much better for both front and back screens of my phone. Raj was very honest about what is more durable and even mentioned a feature on the phone which we had no idea about which is why we opted to receive both front and back protection. The price for what you get is extremely generous and Raj went out of his way to ensure he did the best he could for us whilst being totally honest. We felt no pressure to do something unreasonable which we have experienced at other stores and for that reason I would definitely be going back to Dr boom level 2 and would recommend anyone going there for quality screen protectors and cases! Thanks again Raj and Tarek definitely an asset to the business
