I received treatment from Dr.Craigs office in Napanee for clear aligners through Perfect Smile, a company similar to Invisalign. About half way through my treatment, the dentist who was facilitating my treatment plan passed away. Another dentist was assigned my case, but because my treatment at that time had been fully paid, she took on my case as a kind gesture and later explained that she was not being paid to complete my treatment. When the I completed my last aligner tray, I still need more refinement, (which is typical with clear aligners). I was told by the dentist she would not continue my treatment plan (because she wasn’t being paid by the office) and after sending an email to Dr.Craigs office explaining I would need a final refinement I received no reply, (this was about 5 months ago). Still haven’t heard back, no reply, nothing. After spending $6000 for the treatment, I felt dismissed and uncared for. I am thankful for the dentist who took on my case but displeased with the office for not even returning a simple email.

We've been patients of Dr Craig and associates for many years probably atleast 10 years. The staff have always been friendly and they have taken good care of myself, my husband and 3 of my children. My sister, brother in law and my brother also are patients here. We've never had a problem with anything, the staff are amazing and it's always clean. I recommend them to my friends and family. If your looking for a dentist and they are accepting new patients, I recommend them.

Update! Had an issue over the weekend with an incredible amount of pain in my tooth. I reached out to the office and even after hours they were able to do a quick assessment and get me to a more comfortable state. I was given a quick followup appointment and hopefully now on the path to recovery! Thank you so much to Isabelle, Lois and the front desk staff for going above and beyond! Definitely recommend Dr Craig's office!!!!
