Dr Tom is fantastic! After 7 months of being in pain I can feel the adjustment working after 1 visit. 3 adjustments later and I can finally sit down without pain in my hip and my leg is not going to sleep. Staff are always friendly and helpful. Need a chiropractor, give Dr Tom a call!

My husband had an appointment booked for 5pm on a Monday for a massage. He unfortuenty could not make the appointment so he called to try and reschedule at 8am that morning. Again, he was trying to reschedule not just cancel. They told him that he would be charged for the appointment because he did not give them 24 hours notice. 24 hours notice would have been Sunday at 5pm (they are closed on Saturday and Sunday). He was told he should have called and left a message on Sunday to avoid being charged. I don't understand what the difference is of him calling on Sunday and leaving a message vs calling first thing Monday when they opened? I understand that this is their policy so we will pay the $80 however we will never go back. I hope the $80 was worth losing my business. Would not recommend.

Made 2 visits. First was to inquiry of their services for a massage. The reception staff were cold, unfriendly, and seemed uninterested. After asking several questions they said I could get on a waiting list and handed me a paper to fill when I come back. I asked several times about the cost and was deflected each time. Second visit for massage. Therapist sat through the whole visit, only worked on one area without any effort. It is terrible and overpriced. Will not go back, do not recommend them and I has passed this experience on to others. The 2 stars rating is being generous.
