DR. EDISON at Seventh-day Adventist Dental Care (Mirpur)

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Dr. Kazi Hasinur Rahman at Evercare Hospital. His approach to my wife’s dental issue was not only unprofessional but also alarming. Instead of focusing on treating the infected tooth, he insisted on pulling out a perfectly healthy tooth—a decision that made absolutely no sense. I had to intervene mid-treatment to stop him from making a serious mistake. To ensure we were making the right choice, we consulted other experienced dental professionals, including professors and surgeons, and all of them confirmed that the infected tooth needed treatment, not an unnecessary extraction of a healthy one. This further proved how misguided his judgment was. Additionally, my appointment was scheduled for 9:30 AM, with instructions to arrive 30 minutes earlier. However, Dr. Rahman did not even show up at the hospital until 9:46 AM, displaying a complete lack of professionalism and disregard for patients’ time. Throughout the consultation, he kept changing his treatment plan multiple times, making the experience even more frustrating and confusing. His indecisiveness and lack of a clear approach raised serious concerns about his competence. I would strongly caution anyone considering treatment from Dr. Kazi Hasinur Rahman. Based on my experience, his poor judgment, lack of punctuality, and unprofessional behavior make him a dentist to avoid.

The Dentist is highly skillful and he is cordial, sincere, amicable. All other staffs are really helpful. it has an automated system which is really helpful. It's neat and clean; also maintains very quiet environment.

Prof. Dr. Kazi Hasinur Rahman Sir is a very good gentleman and an excellent person. And he also convenient for those people who having some issue with financial. I pray to Allah Subhanatawala for his good health. May Allah Subhanatawala be pleased with him always.
