I took my 3 kids to be seen by this dentist for their 6 month clean up and dental check up and we were very disappointed to find out that “dr. Chen” not only exaggerated that my kids had so many cavities and that their hygiene was very poor, she ended up doing a total over 20 cavities on them. And that we needed to come back in a few months to do the rest of the work that needed to be performed. Three weeks later I took my son to a friend that is very well known dentist, because my son needed proof that he didn’t have any cavities or missing teeth for a boxing tournament and we came to find out that he didn’t have any cavities or issues with his teeth and that he had perfect teeth. I have no idea if this dr. was only trying to milk the insurance company or not, but this left a very sour taste in our mouth. We will never come to this place ever again. The rest of the staff is very professional and helpful!
