K RI have always received great service from Annapolis Smiles. My concern is their new generic billing. The email below has no reference to the dental hygienist I saw but rather the doctor I am assigned to and haven’t met. I called the office about this to no avail - person did not get it. Given AI and security issues, could you please add the company’s name to the initial communication? Thank you
