Walking had become extremely painful, and everyday activities were a struggle. From my very first visit, Dr. Lee took the time to understand not only the site of my pain but also how my body was compensating for the injury as a whole. Over the course of a month, with his treatments and advice on how to care for my knee outside of the clinic, I noticed steady improvement. He utilized a combination of hands-on manual therapy and advanced tools to relieve the tension and break up the scar tissue that was hindering my healing process. Each session felt like a step forward. What I truly appreciated was how thorough he was in explaining what was happening in my body. This helped me feel more in control and confident in my recovery. Dr. Lee and the team are truly wonderful. He explains your injuries using simple analogies, which makes your injury easier to understand and ultimately treat. His technique of Active Release Therapy, along with his massage gun, muscle scraper, etc ... shows that he's dedicated to healing you. His team has been helping with recovering from knee surgery twice, and I feel stronger than ever. What's even better is that he pays it forward by always taking 2 interns to guide them along their educational journey so they can become amazing practitioners.
