Highly Recommended , Exceptional Service at We Care Medical Clinic I visited We Care Medical Clinic last week for a check up with an ENT specialist after suffering from persistent neck pain for over a month. Due to limitations with my insurance coverage in the UAE, I had a difficult time finding a hospital that would accept my plan. Unfortunately, several major hospitals turned me away at the reception without even guiding me on what to do next something I believe is critical, especially when health is concerned. Thankfully, I found We Care Medical Clinic, and the experience was completely different from the start. The reception staff was welcoming and transparent, clearly explaining the process, insurance coverage, and payment details including what costs would be involved if my insurance didn't approve. This level of clarity and professionalism was something I hadn't encountered elsewhere. Once my insurance was approved, I was first seen by a GP and then referred to ENT specialist Dr. Mukesh Kumar, who handled my case with great care and professionalism. He took the time to examine me thoroughly, conduct necessary tests, and explain the results in a reassuring manner. Thanks to his expertise and the team’s support, I’m now finally feeling better after a month of discomfort. Special thanks to Dr. Mukesh Kumar and the entire We Care team.
