As reflected in other reviews, this clinic operates with a clear focus on profit rather than patient care. Before accessing any treatment, new patients are compelled to undergo a “comprehensive exam,” which includes consultation and multiple X-rays (panoramic and otherwise). The cost is approximately $800, and the owner, Konstantin, explicitly stated this must be repeated annually as a condition of remaining a patient. These fees are significantly above standard market rates and are not fully reimbursed by insurance. After complying with these requirements, I was directed to a mandatory cleaning before proceeding to the filling I initially sought. The hygienist, Patricia, did not perform to an acceptable professional standard. On two separate occasions, she cut into my gums with the instrument, which caused unnecessary trauma and forced me to stop the procedure. Despite the service being incomplete and unsatisfactory, I was still issued an invoice. I requested either to continue with a different hygienist or to move forward directly to the filling. Still, my appointment was cancelled by the clinic the day before, with no subsequent follow-up. To date, I have not received the treatment for which I sought care. Given these circumstances, I am now considering formal options to recover the money already paid for exams and consultations. Patients should be fully aware of these practices: inflated mandatory charges, inadequate clinical standards, billing for incomplete procedures, and cancellation of necessary treatment. In my view, this clinic does not meet acceptable standards of patient care, and I would strongly caution others against relying on it for dental services.

I had THE BEST dental hygiene appointment with Patricia. She is such a nice hygienist, she explained everything so clearly and did a fabulous job. HIGHLY recommend coming here!
