My husband needed emergency extraction. His dentist of 50 years dumped him as he cancelled two appointments within the allotted 48 time frame of Covid. I/we tried this dental service. He's 83. He was a new patient. They handed him a tablet to enter info and when he couldn't do that 5 pages to fill in on paper. He forgot our insurance so they charged him full price (that's on him and me...I should have triple checked). By the the time he got into the dentist he was really upset/agitated. We paid $300 for x-rays and he's still in pain. He won't be returning. Tooth was not removed.
