This was my first visit to Dr. Joy Dental Clinic and I was impressed by the level of service. The team were very friendly specially the receptionist and dental assistant (Sorry I was not able to get their names). I’d like to especially recommend Dr. Tejomaya for his professionalism and he made sure I was comfortable during the cleaning and filling process. I like the way he shared the before and after result which in all my years of dental visits I've never experienced that level of detail. After the procedure my teeth felt cleaner and refreshed! I highly encourage everyone to visit the clinic and experience the same 5-star service I received today. Well done to the entire team at Burjuman branch! Best Team!

It was my first time visiting Dr. Joy Dental Clinic at BurJuman, and I can honestly say it was a fantastic experience! For the first time in my entire dental journey, I felt absolutely no pain, something I never thought was possible. A huge thank you to Dra. Rachelle Casia for her professionalism and care. She took the time to explain everything to me clearly before the procedure and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. I felt truly well taken care of. Highly recommended, especially if you’ve had anxiety about dental visits in the past!

OMG! I want to make a formal complaint about how well the receptionist handled my booking from the moment I call until the day I visited the clinic! She is the most welcoming receptionist I have ever seen in my entire life!!! And also the clinic is very peaceful and warm and for sure I will come back again!
