This dentist’s office feels good. They are concerned with patient experience. The staff is knowledgeable and spent time talking to me. The dentist answered all my questions. Also, pretty sure this is an Erie local, women-owned business. Have your teeth cleaned in a massage chair while looking out the window!

Dr.Lee and his team are awesome such wonderful staff. Very unfortunate that the new Dentist whom took over the practice she drilled too far in to my teeth and causes me To have an abscess for over a year now I have been dealing with the pain and infection. They will not just pull my tooth and I cannot find a dentist/endodontist to save my life. Missing Dr.Lee Simon real bad.

I never had an issue with Dr. Simon, he was a great dentist. However, ever since I had a tooth extraction by Dr. Zhu my life has been a literal nightmare. Dr. Zhu brushed me off and told me I must have had an issue before I had the extraction. I have been in severe pain for months and have spent thousands of dollars on treatments for the pain. I attempted to call the office several times to let them know that I would not be returning as well as my children, but every time I called it went right to the answering service. I was very hesitant to write this review because all the other employees were very kind to me when I was a patient there. I don’t deserve what I am currently dealing with and all I wanted to do was express why my family and I will not be returning.
